Size too small and wrapskirt doesn’t have rope to wrap around

The attire I got is 130 size yet consultants told me that this 5pc is big and will fit size 48-50 hence the size is written. The wrapskirt doesn’t even have a rope to tie around whats going on. I have been trying to reach out I’m not getting assisted
